Returns Policy

Under which circumstances can my items be returned?

-Defect items. In any circumstances, the defect item will however be replaced with any other item of the same worth. Complaints must be done within 14 days upon receive of goods.
– Wrong sizing.
– Wrong SKU.

Do you cover return shipping cost?

Yes provided that the complaint was lodge within the 14 days of good received.

Do you refund in cash?

No. We will only replace the item with the same SKU. However, in any event that the product is no longer available, it can be replaced with other SKU’s within the same price range selected by client.

Any handling fee?

There will be no handling fee within the warranty period.

Can I return to one of your retailers?

Any returning address, shall be communicated via the lodge complaint.
